One of our founding principles is to provide a space and a ‘brain trust’ that everyone in the Columbia Valley will benefit from. This means that we value your input, and would love to hear from you
Fostering High and Low Tech Growth and Education Throughout The Valley
The Columbia Valley Makerspace Society is a group of like minded individuals with a passion for learning, making and generally helping the community.
We will be adding more to this page as time permits, but as a start, we have a brochure that has some great info on the COLUMBIA VALLEY Makerspace, what it is and what benefits it will have to the Columbia Valley.

Our Programs
Programs We Offer
Training and Classes
Our schedule of in person and virtual classes and training is available here. We will be holding classes and training in coding, computer hardware, video editing, 3D printing, stained glass, leatherworking and many others.
Computer Re-Use Services
Our computer re-use service is set up to provide complete basic computer systems to people in need. Talk to us if you need a desktop or laptop computer for home schooling, working from home or general use for communication remotely to friends and relatives. Computers can be provided at no charge to individuals who qualify.
Repair Café
We hold regular repair events where anyone can bring any small appliance or item in for our team of fixers to, well, fix. It is better to fix it then dump it!
Never Too Late or Too Early to Get Started
We accept anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, etc. Our walls forbid discrimination of any type. You are welcome to ask questions, come by the facility for a visit or simply as us some questions.
Get Started
It’s Never Too Late or Too Early to Get Started
Contact us anytime if you have questions on how you can join the Columbia Valley Makerspace Society. We are looking for people of all ages who want to learn, make, fix, explore or just be around an interesting and motivating group.
